The family of 63-year old Michael Ray Chase of Hopkinsville has chosen cremation with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family with the care of their loved one.
Michael Ray Chase, age 63, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Mr. Chase was born on March 30, 1960, in Ft. Campbell, KY, the son of Gary Parker Sr., and Dolly Branson Parker. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Chase.
Survivors include his partner and best friend, Cheryl Sutton of Hopkinsville, KY; his son, Michael Sutton of Hopkinsville, KY; daughter, Crystal Outland of Fairview, KY; his brothers, Gary Parker Jr. of Hopkinsville, KY, Todd Parker of Christian County, KY, and Jeff Parker of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters, Sherry Crunk of Williston, FL, and Gina Parker of Hopkinsville, KY; and two grandchildren, Jada Sutton and Ellisyn Mason.
