A Hopkinsville Man was charged with possession of methamphetamine after a report of a possible burglary on East 20th Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to a vacant home on East 20th Street just after 10 am for a possible burglary and found 47-year-old Ronald Livingston and a woman on the back patio of the home.
Livingston reportedly reached into his pocket multiple times and after a search police found a container with a small baggie inside with a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
