One of the biggest recent complaints against Trigg County Hospital has been against their billing department.
Hospital CEO John Sumner tells the News Edge the billing department has seen improvements on getting bills out faster.

He says those complaints come when the hospital has to file appeals on patients bills when insurance will not pay for a service.
