A Cadiz man is facing charges following a single vehicle accident last Thursday evening.
According to a report from the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department, 25-year old Devin Pucket Jr. had wrecked his vehicle near the US 68/Wallonia Road intersection. When officers made contact with him they smelled a strong odor of alcohol. Pucket reportedly failed all field sobriety tests performed and was arrested. He was transported to Trigg County Hospital for complaints of back pain.
Pucket was charged with driving under the influence on a suspended license, 2nd offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence (aggravating circumstances), among other charges and was lodged in the Christian County Jail.
