Volunteers Needed

Kings Kitchen of Caldwell County is asking for willing and able bodied volunteers in preparation for their next food distribution ! Co-founder LeeAnn Gilkey says Kings Kitchen is in need of help Monday, June 26th, to prepare boxes and unload a trailer at the Southside Baptist Church Life Center in Princeton.  Available willing volunteers should arrive at 8am. Distribution days are always a challenge and will need many hands to make it all work efficiently.  Tuesday, June 27th, prior to the event, King’s kitchen will be in need of help at 1pm to set up and finish packing food boxes, and a second shift Tuesday from 4 to 8pm for distribution and clean up. Gilkey says due to overwhelming turn out, they will not be cooking Tuesday morning.
