Important dates
November 21, 2022 4:00 pm Last day to sign up
December 17, 2022 pickup day 9am -12 noon
Eligibility for applicants
Must be Trigg Co resident
Have not or will not sign up with another organization
No child over 12
Legal guardian or parent must sign up child(ren)
How to sign up an applicant:
The application must be completely filled out.  Application will be at Trigg County Ambulance Service 32 Hospital Street.  This year you must come in person.
Both parent names must be listed. We ask this simply because the child can only be signed up once on any list.
The pick up location this year will be the old NAPA building
Must have a WORKING phone number and alternate number.
Anyone who does not pick up your packages will not be eligible in the future.  We put a lot of time and effort in for your children please respect this and your child(ren).
