The Pennyroyal Arts Council is pleased to announce The Barbara Gardner Scholarship Award! This scholarship, valued at $500.00, will be awarded to an educator and student (two individuals) residing and/or working in the state of KY. Candidates’ work must involve projects expanding access to arts and creativity in their communities. Applications are open starting today with a deadline of April 28th, 2023.
