Participants must bring the items listed under materials. The library will provide sewing machines, common thread colors, and basic sewing notions necessary for the completion of the project.

Materials
Waistband:
1 package of 7/8” wide double fold bias tape
1 yard of ¾” non-roll elastic
Waistband:

Skirt:
1 ½ to 2 yards of cotton fabric
1 ½ to 2 yards of cotton fabric
* Please ensure that the fabric you buy is at least 45 inches wide.
