Patriots Day Commemoration

The Colonel Stephen Trigg Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, will host its 7th Annual Patriots Day Commemoration and Memorial Service honoring over 70 Patriots of the American Revolution. With participation from multiple chapters and states, the service at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West will include a full color guard, a flintlock and artillery salute, floral tributes, roll call and tolling of the bell, folding of the flag ceremony, playing of Taps, and more. The public is invited. Chairs provided or bring your own.
For SAR members, this has been designated a Central District Color Guard event and five Patriots will be counted toward a Patriot Grave Marking Medal.
