Max’s Hope Fundraiser- Valentines!

VALENTINES FUNDRAISER
Order cutoff: Friday, February 3, 2023
Payment methods accepted: cash, Venmo or PayPal
Order pickup: orders can be picked up at Mansfield Animal Hospital Monday, February 13th during normal business hours until 7 pm that evening. Orders may also be picked up during regular business hours only on February 14th.
Deliveries: Deliveries will be available to business addresses only within Hopkinsville city limits and will only be delivered on Valentine’s day (Feb 14th)
Please email any order forms to Imdunn102019@gmail.com by FEBRUARY 3rd. You may also drop off any order form directly at Mansfield Animal Hospital by February 3rd
