Martin Luther King, Jr. March

Genesis Express, Inc. will sponsor their annual Martin Luther King, Jr. march
on Monday January 16, 2023, at 10:00am.
The theme for this year’s march is “Together, We All Win”.
High School students Bianca Cunningham and Dasha Nsubuga Barnes will be the
featured speakers. Bianca and Dasha are excited to share some refreshing incite
as to what the future holds for Trigg Countians as we work, play and grow
together. They will also reflect on the importance of understanding “The
Dream” of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The Pre-March program will begin at 10:00 am at the Renaissance
After the program at the Renaissance Stage, we will march down to the Cadiz
City Park for the second part of the program.
There will be no inside program, nor will there be refreshments provided this
year. Other information will be presented later.
Please support our youth as they become more involved in public events in our
community.
