The Health Dept. and Trigg County Extension Office will offer 2 Diabetes Education Classes on Oct. 26th and Oct. 30th from 1:00 – 5:00 pm at the Trigg County Extension Office, 2657 Hopkinsville Road, Cadiz (behind Farm Bureau Insurance). Some topics include: What is Diabetes, How to treat high and low blood sugars, Long Term Complications, Goal Setting, and healthy recipes with food sampling!
