We love to see all of the children enjoying the Science in Play2Go, or SIP2GO, exhibit here at the library! SIP2GO is a traveling program offered by the Kentucky Science Center.

The exhibit will be at our library until May 27. The exhibit is located on the first floor in the children’s section. Patrons can access the exhibit during regular business hours — 9:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday; and 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturdays.

Designed specifically for children ages 8 and younger, SIP2Go is built around the twin concepts of open-ended play and “loose parts” – materials that can be reimagined in countless ways – allowing children to naturally develop 21st century learning and STEAM skills.
