HCCPL- Free Yoga Classes

Join us for free yoga classes at Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, 1101 Bethel St. This class will be lead by an instructor from Hopkinsville YMCA.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel. Class will require participants to get up and down off the ground independently. This class is for adults ages 18 and older.

Classes such as this encourage physical literacy within our community. They also serve as an opportunity to promote healthy lifestyles within our community.
