Genesis Express Black History Month Celebration

The Genesis Express Black History Month Celebration program will be
held on February 24th at 3 pm at the Trigg County High School Little
Theater.
Local Churches will be represented by providing two a’capella selections
and a brief account of their Church History.
High School students will provide Historical facts of local and national
flavor. We are asking all who will to attend to be a part of the
historical video taping of the program and audience to be preserved.
We will also have a presentation by Ms. Calandra Watts, who is the
daughter of Ms. Arzilla Watts, former educator in the Trigg County
School System. Ms. Calandra has returned to her home in Cadiz from New
York to bring a wealth of knowledge and artistic talent. Her love for
children has led her to work with Genesis Express.
Let’s be united in preserving Trigg County History, by including all who
have contributed to making this Community one of the best places in the
world to LIVE.
