A Hopkinsville man was charged with indecent exposure on South Main Street in Hopkinsville Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they received a call that 26-year-old Daniel Hubbuch was pleasuring himself while walking down the road.
He was reportedly mumbling and lethargic when officers arrived. He was arrested and charged with second-degree indecent exposure and public intoxication.
