A wreck on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville sent a man to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a car and an SUV collided at the intersection of South Virginia Street. The SUV fled the area but was located at Waffle House on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The driver of the car was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
