A man was stabbed and a woman was assaulted in a fight on Pyle Lane in Hopkinsville Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 23-year-old Marquee Brasher was stabbed with a knife in the arm and kicked by 21-year-old Peri Brown at Little River Landings.
Brasher reportedly hit Brown in the face during the altercation as well.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Captain Payton Rogers says they were called to take Brasher to the hospital but he refused transport.
Police say Brasher was taken to the hospital by law enforcement for stitches before he was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
Brown was also arrested and charged with second-degree assault domestic violence.
