A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting his wife and pointing a gun at her and their children on South Wooldridge Road Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 31-year-old Xzavier Mallory got into an argument with his wife over their marriage and punched her, dragged her out of a car, and then pointed a gun at her and the kids while threatening to kill them all.
He was arrested shortly after and charged with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, and five counts of third-degree terroristic threatening.
