A Cadiz man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement on a motorcycle during a traffic stop on Hopkinsville Road in Trigg County Sunday night.

Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Kenny Vincent says he attempted to stop 26-year-old Reginald Radford for going 15 mph over the speed limit and he failed to stop and turned onto Kings Chapel Road.

He reportedly looked back at Vincent during the pursuit but stated he didn’t know it was blue lights due to his helmet visor.

Vincent says he was able to stop Radford after getting in front of him and slowing down.

Radford was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, failure to maintain required insurance, no motorcycle operator’s license, theft of motor vehicle registration plate, and several other traffic violations.
