Primary Election Featuring Presidential And A Few Local Races

County Clerks are encouraging voters to head to the polls Tuesday to cast ballots in the primary election, although there are only a few local races scattered around the region. Trigg County Clerk Carmen Finley says this primary is limited to those registered as a Democrat or a Republican.

click to download audioVoters can cast ballots at one of the seven voting centers in Trigg County that include the Trigg County Emergency Operations Center, The Way, East Golden Pond Fire Department, Cerulean Baptist Church, Trigg County Complex Convention Center, South Road Fire Department, and the Trigg-Lyon Fire Department. Voting centers will be open from 6am to 6pm Tuesday, May 21.
