A Hopkinsville man was charged with his third DUI after a wreck on East 17th Street Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 34-year-old Lonnie Stuart who was found unconscious after hitting a home at the intersection of South Virginia Street.
Pills and several pipes were reportedly found in his possession. He was arrested and charged with failure to produce an insurance card, DUI third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license third offense, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
