A wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a southbound car was stopped at the stop light for Canton Pike when a vehicle collided with the back of it.
The second vehicle reportedly backed up hit the car again then pulled up next to the driver of the car before leaving the area.
The driver of the car was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries. The second vehicle has not been located.
