A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on Merriwood Parkway Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Kara McDonald when they recognized her passenger 46-year-old George Daniel Jr. who had an active warrant for parole violation.
During the stop, a bag containing 8 grams of suspected meth was reportedly located in the vehicle. They were both arrested and charged with trafficking meth.
