A person of interest in the 2020 murder of Will Jackson Road resident Thelma Ileen Barnett was arrested in Pike County early Thursday.
36-year-old Allison Hunter was apprehended and booked by the Pikeville Police Department.
Both the Commonwealth’s Office and defense of Keisha Stewart and Jonathan McCoy said earlier this week that Hunter was needed for the impending February 2025 trial.
She was also this week’s Christian County Crimestoppers Fugitive of the Week and had four warrants for probation violation on felony offenses, failure to appear for child support and failure to appear on conditions of release.
