Authorities have released the name of a woman who died as the result of a wreck on Greenville Road in Christian County Wednesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV driven by 81-year-old Julianna Lacy was southbound at the 12000 block of Greenville Road when she lost control. Her vehicle ran off the road, down an embankment, and hit a tree.
Lacy was pronounced dead at the scene by the Christian County Coroner’s Office. No one else was in the vehicle.
Lacy’s name was released after the next of kin were notified.
