A Hopkinsville woman was charged with burglary on Catalpa Drive Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 46-year-old Joy Mathis forced her way into the home that she had previously been evicted from and was found on the porch when law enforcement arrived.
A window was reportedly found broken and an air conditioner was removed when police arrived.
She was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
