A woman was injured in a robbery on East 18th Street in Hopkinsville Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a man pulled a gun on a woman near South Virginia Street, hit her in the head with the gun, and then took her belongings.
A group of the woman’s friends reportedly came out of a nearby house to help her and the man fled the area.
The woman was taken by private vehicle to the hospital due to her injuries. Police say no arrest has been made.
