A man was charged after he reportedly fled from law enforcement on Pennyrile Parkway Sunday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Strauch says they attempted to stop 44-year-old Damion Lane at the 2 mile marker and he fled at speeds of over 120 mph before the pursuit came to an end on Eagle Way.
He was arrested and charged with speeding, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, and driving on a DUI-suspended license (third offense).
