Woman Charged With Drug Possession

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on East 9th Street Thursday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Terroyna Williams for going 10 mph over the speed limit and could smell the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle.

The vehicle reportedly had an expired registration plate and she had no valid insurance.
