Brenda Jane Cunningham White, age 68, of Cadiz, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at her home of natural causes. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Riverside Cemetery in Hopkinsville. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. White was born on June 30, 1955, in Hopkinsville, the daughter of the late Amos and Clarice Brawner Cunningham. Brenda worked as an assistant teacher and bus driver for the Christian County Public School System. She was a member of Ponderosa Baptist Church in Cadiz, KY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” White; her son, Robby Matthew White; her sister Carolyn Wagoner; and her great-grandchild Annaliese Laine Meacham.
Survivors include her daughters, Chrissy Bucko (David) of North Port, FL, Stacie McCormack (K. Michael) of Cedar Hill, TN; her brother, Amos Lee Cunningham, Jr. of Tennessee; her sister, Shirley Stalker (Walt) of Hopkinsville; her grandchildren, Morgan Strode (Tyler), Marlayna Moore (Bryce), Matthew Meacham; and two great-grandchildren on the way.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1999, Memphis, TN 38101.
