A Cadiz man is facing multiple charges after a collision in a cemetery in Marshall County.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office reports 47-year old Mitch Shelton was charged Monday with DUI, wanton endangerment, and criminal mischief.
According to deputies, Shelton was located after a single-vehicle wreck caused damage to several headstones in the Maple Springs Cemetery.
