Vickie Hamilton Wall passed away at 3:05 AM, Sunday, December 31, 2023, at her home in Hopkinsville.
Born September 14, 1957, in Man, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Effie (Sifers) Hamilton. After graduating from Trigg County High School, Class of 1975, Vickie attended cosmetology school and soon after, began her lifelong career as a hairdresser. She worked at JC Penney Salon for 11 years before branching out on her own as a successful independent stylist for the next 34 years. She enjoyed tending to her beautiful flower garden and was an excellent cook, both traits she learned from her father and mother. The family was most important to Vickie. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and “Gran”, adored by her family, and she cherished the times when they were all gathered together.
