Born September 8, 1946, in Trigg County, she was the daughter of the late William and Irene (Bullock) Bush.
Carolyn worked for many years at International Shoe Co. in Hopkinsville and at Elk Brand Manufacturing in Cadiz before retiring. She loved her pets, enjoyed working in her yard, admiring God’s beautiful creation, and was talented at many types of crafting, including designing floral arrangements with her late husband. She was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Billy Haydon Rogers, in 2006; a brother, William Bush; and four sisters, Jo Cunningham, Lola Lane, Mary Geneva Bush, and Annie Huddleston.
