A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting a man with a mailbox on Sanderson Drive Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Leon Davie broke the front window at his ex-girlfriend’s house with a brick and then used a mailbox to assault a man who came out of the home.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree assault.
