Welfare Check Leads To Drug Possession Charges For Hopkinsville Woman

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs Sunday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called to investigate 37-year-old Candace Cuellar, who had been parked in a vehicle for several hours. While talking with her, a meth pipe and needles were reportedly seen by police in the vehicle.

She was also reportedly found to have meth in her pocket. She was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
