Hopkinsville Police Department dispatcher Alyssa Castellini graduated earlier this month from the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training Public Safety Dispatch Academy.
Castellini was one of 28 dispatchers from across the state who completed the mandatory four-week training that includes the role and responsibilities of the dispatcher, correct phone and radio procedures, handling emergency and non-emergency calls for service, emergency medical dispatch protocols and use of the state and national criminal databases.
