A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary on North Clay Street Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were in the area attempting to locate someone with warrants when they found 59-year-old James Mudd who was inside an apartment he didn’t have permission to be in.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree burglar
