Mr. Ivan Weaver Hoover, age 90 of Pembroke, passed away 10:20 p.m., Thursday, November 2, 2023 at his residence. Services for Mr. Hoover will be 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Fairview Mennonite Church, 653 Roger Q. Mill Rd., Fairview, KY with Bishop Jerry Martin and Minister Stanley Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Mennonite Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, November 6 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at his residence, 9468 Champion Hwy., Pembroke, KY 42266. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Hoover was born September 18, 1933 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He was a farmer and a member of the Pembroke Mennonite Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Z. and Suzanna Weaver Hoover; also 15 Brothers and Sisters.
Mr. Hoover is survived by his sister, Anna Hoover of Pembroke.
