Tennessee Man Charged In Christian County High-Speed Pursuit

A Tennessee man was charged after he led law enforcement on a pursuit on Pennyrile Parkway Monday morning.

Kentucky State Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of the Crofton exit that was going 112 mph and the driver 40-year-old Brian Mcginniss fled. The pursuit came to an end about a mile from the Kentucky 1682 exit when Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies were able to use a rolling roadblock to end the pursuit.

Mcginniss was charged with speeding, failure to or improper signal, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce an insurance card, resisting arrest, and DUI.
