Funeral services for 88-year-old Shelton Bowen of of Maurice, Louisiana and formerly of Trigg County, will be Saturday, September 30 at 1:00 at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Cypress Funeral Home in Maurice, Louisiana is in charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by two children — Dr. Karen Bowen and John Bowen as well as four grandchildren.
Shelton Bowen was a long-time math, physics, and Spanish teacher at Trigg County High School.
