A memorial service for 59-year-old Terry Alan “T.A.” Utley, of Hopkinsville, will be from 4-7 PM Wednesday at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations in Hopkinsville.
Survivors include:
His father, Terry Utley, of Crofton;
His daughter, Terie Anna Utley (Antonio) Tolliver, of Lexington;
His son, Chase Alan (Brandi) Utley, of Louisville;
His sister, Starr Utley (Brent) Butler, of Hopkinsville;
His stepmother, Frieda Utley, of Crofton;
Two grandchildren and one nephew.
He died at 7:34 AM Sunday, September 17, 2023, at his residence.
He was born October 19, 1963, the son of Terry Utley and the late Charlotte “Nettie” Johnson Wainscott. He was a former coal miner and a former member of the masonic lodge. He liked to fish and golf.
