The Trigg County High School marching band opened its competition schedule Saturday with a second place finish at the Madisonville Maroon Classic.
Trigg’s total score of 117 points was eight behind Hancock County, who took first place among Class 2A bands.
Trigg County will be among 12 bands competing Saturday at Christian County’s Tournament of Bands at the Stadium of Champions.
