An Oak Grove man was arrested on charges of rape and assault Thursday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a 50-year-old man engaged in sexual intercourse with a female without her consent.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree rape (mentally incapacitated), first-degree criminal abuse, incest, and fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
