Seven Oak Grove Residents Indicted For Date Rape Drug Trafficking

Seven Oak Grove residents were among several indictments returned Monday by the Christian County Grand Jury for drug trafficking.

True bills were returned on 18-year old Aaniyah Kirk, 19-year old Seinia Walden, 20-year old Jahmire McKoy, 20-year old Zavarious Hale, 21-year old Isaiah Porter, 22-year old Stacey Jackson, and 23-year old Aazjae Wilkerson. Each was indicted on eight counts of first-degree enhancement trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st offense, Date Rape Drug, greater than or equal to 10 dosage units, and enhancement trafficking in marijuana more than 8 ounces less than 5 pounds first offense.

Additionally, the seven Oak Grove residents were each indicted on charges of enhancement possession of drug paraphernalia, using restricted ammunition during a felony (no shots), and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

All seven were arrested in July after Oak Grove Police went to a home on Karen Court to locate McKoy who was wanted for an aggravated assault in Clarksville. While at the home, police said they smelled the odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence. After getting a search warrant, officers reportedly found ecstasy, marijuana, and guns inside the home.

The grand jury also returned true bills on 40-year old Tabatha Evans, 43-year old Jason Adams, and 28-year old Kristen Malone, all of Hopkinsville, on charges of first-degree tracking in a controlled substance, first offense, under 2 grams of methamphetamine.

The trio was taken into custody last month after the Christian County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search of a home on Cave Street and found two plates containing suspected meth, a pipe, two syringes containing an unknown liquid, packaged meth, and drug paraphernalia.
