Linda Ann Reeves Jones, 78, Hopkinsville, passed on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
Burial will follow in the Cave Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 4:00 until 6:00 at Gamble Funeral Home.
Linda was the daughter of the late James Reeves and Grace Hutchison Hollowell. She was born on November 17, 1944, in Christian Co.
Linda was a member of Allen Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she was the First Lady, vice president of the Missionary Ministry, assisted with the youth choir, and was a member of the choir. She was a Registered Nurse at Christian Health Center
Linda enjoyed singing, crossword puzzles, cooking for and spending time with her family, flowers, and shopping.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Clinton R. Jones; 2 sisters; and great-grandson, Justin Coleman.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Clinton Jones; children, Sherrita (Ronald E. Jr.) Graham, Anthony (Martha) Jones, Antonio (Sherry) Jones, Dannyelle (Christina) Jones, Lynnita (Bishop Calvin) Lockett, Tara Brown, Kenneth (Charity) Jones; siblings, Shirley Pendleton, Brenda Hollowell, Rosemary Hollowell, S.R. Hollowell Jr., Lowell Hollowell, Jeffery Hollowell, Angela Waddy, Veneicia Hollowell, Jacqueline Hollowell, Michael Hollowell, Sandra Hollowell, Rodney Hollowell; 22 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
