A man was charged with assault after a stabbing on Belew Street in Oak Grove Sunday night.
Oak Grove Police say a 53-year-old man was stabbed multiple times by 48-year-old Albert Workman Jr. during an argument.
The man was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries.
Workman was arrested at the scene by police and charged with first-degree assault.
