Michael Edward Broadbent, 65 of Hopkinsville, KY died at 11:15 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2023, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Trigg County, KY he was born December 28, 1957, the son of the late Edward Layton Broadbent and Helen Grey Hutchison Ellis.
Survivors include his daughter: Heather Dawn Ladd; his son-in-law Keith Ladd of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters: Debbie Broadbent of San Diego, CA, Pamela Carlisle of San Diego, CA, and Alma Lee Broadbent of Florida; his brother: Peter Broadbent; his grandchildren: Braiden Powers of Hopkinsville, KY; Bailey Powers of Hopkinsville, KY; Mallory Ladd of Hopkinsville, KY and Jason Sachs, Jr. of Paducah, KY; his great grandchild: Lillyanna Powers of FL and his stepmother: Alice Broadbent of Florida.
