Authorities worry lethal doses of drugs may be circulating the community after a Saturday morning death investigation.
Hopkinsville Police Chief Jason Newby says they are investigating the death of two people and worry that lethal doses of drugs may be circulating in the Hopkinsville area.
Newby says anyone using illegal drugs should seek counseling and avoid the use of any illegal drugs.
Police along with the Christian County Coroner’s Office are still investigating the deaths.
Newby says a person who sells or gives drugs to someone that leads to their death could be charged criminally.
