A federal grand jury has indicted a Lyon County man on a charge of possessing child pornography.
33-year-old Taylor Glass of Kuttawa was arrested on the charge and made an initial appearance on Thursday before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Paducah. If convicted the defendant faces a sentence of up to 20 years.
The indictment said Glass possessed child pornography that involved a minor that was under the age of 12. He was also ordered by the court to forfeit several electronic devices including a laptop, a hard drive, and two notebooks.
Homeland Security Investigations and Lyon County Sheriff Brent White are investigating the case.
